Introspect’s PurVue Analyzer™ is an embedded 1000 MS/s, 12-bit protocol-triggered real-time oscilloscope with two simultaneous channels. It provides internal probing of SCL and SDA signals within the SV6E-X Mid-Frequency Digital Test Module. The new embedded oscilloscope license eliminates probing hassles with conventional scopes such as attachment, cost, and EMI issues. As a result, it completely eliminates the need for using a conventional scope. The PurVue Analyzer™ is available as an optional extension of the SV6E-X Mid-Frequency Digital Test Module.
