The M7030 is a high sampling rate logic and protocol analyzer solution for DDR and LPDDR, as well as future memory interfaces including HBM and GDDR. Featuring up to 36 high-speed, source-synchronous channels and an 80 Gsps sampling rate, the M7030 utilizes Introspect’s award-winning Pinetree™ software environment to enable rapid protocol decoding and automated timing analysis. Using high-impedance active probing with dedicated interposers, it delivers deep visibility into next-generation DDR and LPDDR systems at 20,000 MT/s and beyond, without disturbing the signal.
M7030 captures DDR and LPDDR logic signals across up to 36 channels with non-intrusive probing. The analyzer decodes complex waveforms into readable DDR commands, enabling high level analysis.
