The M7030 is a high sampling rate logic and protocol analyzer solution for DDR and LPDDR, as well as future memory interfaces including HBM and GDDR. Featuring up to 36 high-speed, source-synchronous channels and an 80 Gsps sampling rate, the M7030 utilizes Introspect’s award-winning Pinetree™ software environment to enable rapid protocol decoding and automated timing analysis.
