January 17, 2023, Montréal, Canada – Introspect Technology, leading manufacturer of test and measurement tools for high-speed digital applications, is pleased to announce its most recent addition to the C Series family of Personalized SerDes Testers. The SV7C Personalized SerDes Tester provides the most sophisticated all-in-one phase-aligned parallel bit error rate tester (BERT) on the market. Operating at up to 28 Gbps per lane and featuring 16 independent pattern generators and 16 independent data analyzers, the SV7C provides self-contained functional and physical layer test and measurement capabilities for interfaces such as PCIe, DDR and GDDR memory interfaces, USB, and JESD204C.
The SV7C is a parallel high-speed tester that meets the emerging test and validation requirements of increasingly complex electronic component and board designs. On the generator side, the SV7C includes per-lane pre-emphasis, jitter injection control and per-lane voltage, skew, and noise injection control. On the analyzer side, the instrument provides per-lane clock recovery and equalization, performs BER measurements, and generates bathtub plots and eye diagrams.
As with all Introspect products, the SV7C is powered by the award-winning easy-to-use, highly versatile Introspect ESP Software environment which enables both interactive operation and full test automation.
