The SV5C-eDP Generator was designed as an ultra-portable, high-performance instrument capable of generating traffic for DP v1.4 and eDP v1.5 applications with supported data rates of HBR3 up to 10.5 Gbps in 8b10b with a fully continuous range of data rates.

Coupled with its complete protocol coverage, this makes it the most compatible solution on the market to test the limits of Panel Self Refresh and Advanced Link Power Management (ALPM) on eDP applications.
The SV5C-eDP Generator is part of a series accompanied by the SV5C-eDP Analyzer, which can be used as either a DisplayPort sink device (for source testing) or as a probing solution for capturing protocol traffic on an eDP bus. Together, this generator and analyzer form a next-level pair of Embedded DisplayPort solutions. This series operates using the award-winning Introspect ESP Software which offers complete flexibility in controlling and validating the DP and eDP protocols and power saving strategies.
